Hello and greeting to all, this is my first post on allnurses. I am an LPN/LVN with 16 years experience, (acute, LTAC, research, corrections,ACLS,PALS) presently living in Houston ,Tx . I graduated from Vancouver Comm. College, worked casual at Lion's Gate Hospital, N.Van then to Toronto- Humber River Regional (Finch) stepdown, and St. Joseph's MC ED Dept, before leaving to US to "expand my experience" as an LPN . I reallly, really miss Canada, my home and wonder about the job market there for nurses. Heck I'd even work at The Bay or Tim Horton's to be back home. I've learned much in the US - but as far as I'm concerned- no place is perfect but, no place is like home. Be proud to be part of the"EH SQUAD". Any suggestions for recruitment agencies guys ? Re-re location is expensive. Thanks and have a great summer everyone. : )
