Canadian EN would like some help with discussion points

Hi All,

I am a canadian guy who is in the last leg of completing my EN, What I am looking for here is to make contact with a few people who could be available to chat with on MSN ( mainly because it is in real time ) regarding specific questions that are discussion points in my pharmacology package and possibly and other related topics.

I would appreciate any help you can offer thank's in advance.

Do you want to talk about Australian pharmacology or what? Many of our drugs differ from the US and Canada.

Hi there,

I'm looking to discuss pharmacology and other items that may come up as the rest of my course continues, it finishes in April so not long to go really.

At the moment I am looking at a question that asks " How may your own values influence the care,advice and support you provide for each of these patients?

a) An elderly resident who refuses to take her prescribed medication

b) A 16 year old girl who has a history of alcohol abuse

I have been here for 4 years in May, and the difference of the drugs is huge, if I wnet back to Canada I wouldnt know what was what anymore. LOL

Anywho if you have the time and dont mind chatting with me from time to time that would be great, most I can do on my own but it is good to chat with others and get different perspectives and I learn more from listening to people who have the experience.

I really wish I had been around when it was hospital based training.

Hmmm - those questions are universal enough that you will probably get good answers in the nursing studies assistance forum.
