Canada's Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)

Published

Hello everyone!

Anybody in here who is undergoing the Provincial Nominee Program in any provinces in Canada by their employer?

It would be much appreciated if you will share your experiences and could also share the time-frame of each of the specific steps.

Thank you very much!!:yeah:

Hi Breech & Justyzz, When did you get your online account with CRNBC ? I'm still waiting. Can you include in your time line you've posted earlier ?

.
Hi Breech , you need to pass CRNE exam + 250 hours for immigrant application , that is you have to clear first before you submit immigrant application. ( Based on immigration lawyer ). Do you think we can start the whole process without passing CRNE exam first ? From other threads , it's not easy to pass. I'm confused

No, you don't need to pass CRNE first before you can proceed for immigration processing. As long you are eligible with CRNBC, got a job offer from a canadian employer, have an LMO, you can start processing work permit OR thru Provincial Nominee Program.

What you are referring is how to obtain full licensure in CRNBC. You need to pass CRNE and comply the 250 hrs supervised work by a Canadian employer before you can get full registration. CRNE is taken only in Canada.

lolita, i am a registered psychiatric nurse. i dont know the procedure for CRNE. sorry.

Hi Breech and Justyzz ,

Any advice on interview questions ?

Could you give me some example ?

Thanks.

Hi Breech and Justyzz ,

Interview was via the phone. Questions like....

"How do you manage your work and stress?"

"How big is your hospital your working now?"

"Do you know of a colleague who commits medication error?"

"Why do you choose us?"

"How about working in ER, telemetry? Do you know how to read ECG?"

Questions were more on professional and psychosocial issues. Actually, there were 4 of them interviewing me. After they're done throwing questions at me, they introduce the hospital's profile... it took about 40 minutes..:nuke:

yes i did get the bright green stickers. i am applying for both WP and PR. where are you applying from? am using the London, UK office. they require notarised copies of documents for the PR. very expensive here.
