Canada: IEN's And A Job?! Help!!

Hello everyone, thanks for looking and hopefully helping. I'm a qualified nurse in the uk, I'm halfway through some courses which will allow me to take the CRNE exam. However, I have not yet moved to Canada an all the course will be completed in the uk. Since the RN was taken off of the CIC's immigration list you can now only apply if you have a valid job offer.

Does anyone know

1. How easy it is for Hospitals to gain an LMO?

2. What the temporary pin allows you to do?
