Please ladies, does anyone know something about this book --- study Guide for the NCLEX-RN Exam 6th edition by JoAnn Zerwekh and Jo Carol Claborn, just let me know if this book is a good book, any reviews welcome, good or bad. Thanks a bunch guys.

Specializes in Critical Care Transport/Intensive Care/Management.

I haven't used that book but I have the NCLEX-RN Review book by Alice Stein and Judith Miller. I found it very helpful because it also helped me through CGFNS way back 2002. I did all the comprehensive tests on this book, also used Saunders and Lippincott CDs. I had 2 months preparation and passed the exam in June.

They actually have a review site online at http://www.nursingreview.com . Hope this helps.

Best of luck to you, sending positive vibes your way and hope you make it the next time!

Thanks for replying, all the best in your new career.

If you have review materials from one of the major players in NCLEX review (Saunders, Kaplan, etc) I would focus on those.

Specializes in none, still looking.

Stick to Saunder's, Kaplan, possibly Lippencott. I would not spend more than that.

a friend was also telling me about this book Exam Cram for NCLEX-RN practice questions by Wilda Rinehart; etal. Has anyone used this book or even heard of it. I'd like to know if its worth using. Thanks.
