I am having to "decode" a lengthy assessment for an extra assignment for school (This isn't being graded, FYI). I've gotten most of it done, but I'm having problems with a few....

Don't be embarrassed! There are no silly questions here. Sometimes we get a little bent out of shape if someone just posts a whole problem (or whole assignment) here without putting any thought into it, but when we know you're trying, no one minds helping you out.
