I wanna do further course in Nursing in america.

Maybe you can post this in the international forum or general forum and you can get more of a response. This doesn't seem to be male nurse related. Our female counterparts have much good advice and you should use them. :)

What specifically do you want to do? If going on for the MSN, most universities will require that you already have your RN to practice in the US, which means that you will have to go thru the whole process of getting licensed first.

Not sure why you limited this to a male nurse helping you???

Why do you need help from a male student? Females are not outcast, you know!

Hmmm, correct me if I'm wrong, but this may be cultural, which we may need to respect. No harm intended. But, yes, male and female nurses are equally qualified to provide direction, Sandeep.

well bro, i think it would be best to check your state school system. each state school/university has there own system. so in my state the schools may take your diploma as credit, but some other state system will not. also the state system and UC system have different policies regaurding transfer credits. best to check around and see what works best for you. if its a time issue and not worried to much about cost try looking into the UC system(private) cost more, alot more, but easier to work with. as long as you have the money. or perhaps a JC would work for you. dont know how it is there in indy as far # of schools. but here in Cali there is about 20 universities with in an hour drive and countless JC's. and they all have slightly different requirements. is there a certain state you will be coming to or in????

hi sandeep....i hve frd from inida too...she wnt to state university or try to contact the state boards of the state u live in...

Sounds like first u need to figure out what u want to do. I have never heard of a diploma of nursing u gotta decide if u want a bachelors of science in nursing then u need to look into a university, if just ur associates then look into a local community college
