Published

I just out found out I got accepted to Lpn school in New Jersey, but i live in Brooklyn...I am kind of nervous about the commute! Does anyone from Brooklyn go to 'CAN', that can advise me as to how the commute is? I'm really nervous I 've wanted to be a nurse for so long and have finally gotten my ticket into nursing school and now i'm freaken out! Any advice would be greatly appreciated..thanks:uhoh3:

Its in hackensack new jersey just google center for allied heath and nursing in hacensack, me and a couple of girls from here are starting the day class in Jan. I find that the good thing about Jersey is that they have alot of options so be alert and aware! if you have any questions just hit me back! Good Luck!

Hey Muneca13!

I know that your excited to start school pretty soon. Excited for you because we as young mother's need to make things happen (if you know what I mean). I wish I was able to afford the program, but I will not be eligible for financial aid since I already have a degree. Wish you a lot of focus and knowledge in the program.

Hey JunieBug!

Did you get the message I sent you about the hhc program? I am excited but really nervous, I'm nervous more for my babies, I totally now what you mean , I didn't realize it would be so hard with two babies! Not so much because of what I do for them but because it is so hard to trust other with them ! The only thing is that I thank G-D that my son talks aready! Also my first choice babysitter was not a good choice at all! So sad but true! I really hope you get into a program soon! Does financial aid also stop when you get your AS degree?
