Can I have a temporary permit in WA and a license in CA?

Hi everyone!! 
I recently passed the NCLEX in CA but I wanted to apply for some jobs in WA. I wanted to know if I could have a temporary license in WA while also maintaining a license in CA?

First, congratulations on passing NCLEX!  To your question, once you receive your license you can apply for licensure by endorsement with the Oregon BON.  Unless you are a resident of one of the 33 member states of the Nurse Licensure Compact, you can be licensed in as many states as you wish.
