Can I practice with married name?

I just recently returned to using my maiden name. I will be getting married again at the end of February. I have not contacted the board of nursing yet but would like to return to working in nursing. Do I need to change my name on my license even though it will be changing again in 6 weeks?

In Ohio, you'll have to change your name now and again when you get married. Other states might be different.

Same in PA. You have 10 days to do it.

I kept my maiden name on my license until it was time to renew. It costs for name changes and so I chose to wait.
