Or other personally identifiable information? I'm leery. Anway- if they are looking for history and education, can't my name and specifcs come afer they have shown some interest?
Also- beware those fillable online resume templates- they are up to something, somehow get a little too attached to my PC, and once you enter any information, I could not get it to 'undo'.

If you are applying for work online, you need to follow the specific protocols of the facility, or your application will be denied.
Posting a resume with no name? Most employers would find that odd, and your resume would likely be discarded. Everything is online these days.
I'm just trying to avoid my personal information being gleaned from a million data mining sites that have nothing to do with employing me. I'm convinced a LOT of those 'resume builder' sites are just that- data mining banks, for whatever reason, probably to sell information to Google, etc. As far as no name, I meant in here, for instance, not sending it to a future employer without my name on it. In my estimation, if an employer is looking for a set of experiences, I don't see what my name would have to do with it- he could contact me, and I could then give my name? I'm seeing more and more complications of the digital age, every day. BTW- I met Maya. Otherwordly, she is.

If I were looking to hire a nurse and were looking at resumes online, I'm doubtful that I would respond to one without a name. Makes it look like the person is trying to hide something. Use legit sites like indeed or Linked in.
