I wonder that I could get LVN license during in RN program ? I have CNA certification, but i do not learn a lot of things as a CNA. Thank you

We are given the opportunity to take the LPN exam and get an LPN license after fourth quarter. Then we continue for our RN.

very very few states allow this option. would need to check with your state BON as well as your school.

We were allowed this option in WI during my ADN RN program after the second semester.

It depends on the state. Very few states offer this option anymore.
Thank you everyone. I do not think California allows me to take a test to become LVN.

Allowed in CA, however, you have to find out if your school will support you in this. The school must do the paperwork. If they do not, you are out of luck. Not all schools do this for their students.
I looked up into Board of Vocational Nurse, but it does not have an option for that. However, I will ask my school for that. Do you know who i should ask for.
Just go into your office and ask to speak to an advisor or the program director. When you tell them what you want to do, they will know what you are talking about.
