There is no such thing as an International nursing license. You need to apply to the Province you are living in and they will access your training and decide whether to allow you to sit the Canadian exam (this is only done three times a year) Student visa may not allow you to work or will limit where you work, but that is something you will have to sort out. Before you can work as a healthcare you have things to follow and requirements to meet and one of them is a medical

Since you are in Toronto, you are going to need to apply to Ontario for licensure and meet their requirements. Please be aware that the licensing exam is only offered three times per year. You are also going to need to pass the series of English exams as well for licensure there.

Are you actually in Toronto on a student visa? If so, then you are not going to be able to work with that either.]

There are already multiple threads here on this forum for the requirements as well as steps for getting licensed and being able to work as an RN in Ontario. Please just do a search for it. Also, which country did you graduate from for nursing school?

Thanks alot but i think i can enter the exame with my student visa then when i pass it i can change it to work visa is it possible ?

This is something that is not normally done, you will need to check with immigration before doing a thing. But you also need to be aware that it is going to take you months to get thru things with licensure, and you will not be able to work until you get that done.

Ontario has the strictest requirements for licensure when compared to many of the other provinces, and this is where you are going to need to get licensed thru. Surprised that the program did not have you start the licensure procedure before even coming to Ontario as many programs require license before you can start the Master's program in nursing.

an be done from within Canada but you must discuss with them and ensure all forms are completed as well as all requirements, they will not change your visa without it.
