Situations out of my control will determine if I will be endorsing my California RN license either to Oregon or to Pennsylvania. I know it can take around 3 months for the endorsement process, and in the meantime I'd like to get the ball rolling sooner than later.
Can I endorse to two states at the same time?
Did you have your new job set up before you endorsed or did you find it easier to endorse and then apply for a new job?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, Thanks!

Once you have your original license to as many States as you want to. You just have meet their requirements and pay all the fees.
Thanks!

I recently endorsed to both Pennsylvania and Massachusetts at the same time from Ohio. It was not a problem at all. I had to verify my Ohio and Michigan licenses to PA and MA.
I waited until I had a temporary practice permit in PA to apply for jobs. However, many job postings say current (state) license or eligible to be licensed in that state.
Good luck to you!
