can anyone help me with process recording?

i'm a first level nursing student and i need to hand in my first process recording. does anyone know where i can get examples/samples?

Although I could be wrong, I seriously doubt you'll find credible examples or samples of what you seek online. Certainly your instructor has given you some direction to meet this objective? Some idea of data required and format?

Your instructor probably has some samples, or your text book should. If not, ask your instructor if he/she could recommend a good resource to get an idea from.
