Can anyone help critique my resume?

I've been applying to jobs for 3 months and have gotten very little response. I've been on maybe 4 job interviews and never got a call back. I'm a nurse with 6 and a half years of hospital experience. My cover letter is a mess, I don't even want to go there. I found one online that helped me create mine but it gives me a headache just thinking about it.
