Can anyone help me with my care plan Exams

We have two Exams in September and I am having a nightmare. Both our Life Sciences Lecturers have left the university and although we do have the care plan Lecturers, I am finding it hard to find all the information. I do know the information which I need is out there but as I am working shifts and have a part-time Job to help fund myself, I am finding it really difficult.

Our Care Plan Exam topics are: Total Thyroidectomy

Acute Pancreatitis

Prostate Cancer admitted for an Trans- Urethral Resection of the Prostate

Parkinson's Disease

Acute Asthma Attack

Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus

I would be really grateful if anyone could help me. I have found out bits and pieces for all of the above but I just can't seem to put it all together. I have only nursed a patients with Diabetes. I have worked in an Outpatients Dept and Community, Renal and at the moment A&E, so I have not had any experience in these areas.

Does anyone know any web sites that give examples of Care Plans. Thankyou in advance to anyone that replies.

Just type in Nursing Care plans and many will come up. Enter specific care plans and you will get many, too. Mosby's has an eletronic care plan (about $27.00) and you can order it online, too.
