Calling all Southwest Tennessee Community College 2012 Fall Hopefuls

The deadline to apply is February 1, 2012. How many are applying? I thought I would start a thread so we can all wait together, and get to know each other. I finished my special application today and will turn it in tomorrow at the start of the spring semester. Good luck to everyone!

I agree. It was pretty straight forward. I feel like the work/study load is going to be kind of heavy. God be with us all!! We can do this!! :)

i knew this would be a self taught type of program but MAN! we literally need to read and learn everything on our own because lecture left a lot to be desired. I was hoping it would be like AP where we went throught the chapters in order but were all over the place! ill give it time it was only the first lecture. the first test will really give me some idea of how this is going to be but until then nothing is off limits in terms of studying.

what does my nursing lab cost? i was hoping i didnt have to buy ANOTHER supply and thought it was optional but apparently its not.

and yes we can do this sheriwood =)

Does anyone else feel as they are behind, only after two days? I have a lot of catching up to do this weekend :(

Not behind but I did feel like an idiot when I showed up at 730 am this morning for dosages when in fact the schedule says the class is on Thursdays.

Yes Mattie there is sooo much outside reading to do. There is only so much I can read, process, and retain in a day so I have to designate days to read certain chapters. We also have two assignments due nxt week so organization for me is a must. I guess after all the reading n note organizing I'll try mylab this wkend...

I feel a little behing bc i know i need to pick up the pace with the reading. YES if youre not organized it will be hard to survive. i know we have a dosages assignment do but what is the other one? do we have something do in foundations that im not remembering?

I have a feeling things are going to get really heavy soon so enjoy the calm while you can; i am.

oh are you referring to us haveing all our documents signed and brought in and the computer system orientation thing for the hospitals? yeah those are all due by tuesday
