Hi everyone,

I wanted to create this thread for everyone applying to CSUSM's ABSN program for Spring 2024. Hoping we can share our stats & support each other along this journey. This program is my first choice, so I'm praying that I get in but I'm a little worried about my total points ? Not sure what the average has been in the past. 

Pre-Nursing Core GPA: 3.85 (22 pts)

Overall Cumulative GPA: 3.95 (11 pts)

TEAS: 86.7% (8 pts)

Total Points: 41

Hi there! I just logged into my student center, too, and my status has changed to "Admitted" as well! I called CSUSM to make sure it wasn't a mistake (you never know) and they said that they have started sending out notifications already, so it is accurate! Congratulations!

Hello! has anyone gotten admitted? I feel like they only sent out admissions emails in August and it's been quiet ever since ?

hi - not yet. but no one has received an admissions email yet. they said they will be releasing them this month & in November.

ignore my first comment - I thought this was for csun LOL I accepted the offer in august but will be declining bc I got accepted somewhere closer. I'm sure they will start emailing people regarding a waitlist/filling additional spaces for people who declined.

Hi! I emailed CSUSM awhile back. They said that once the admissions process begins it can span until January. They will send an email if you're admitted.

Hi you guys. Last I heard, the Spring 2024 Cohort was filled right away with no spots to backfill. If there were any other openings I'm sure they'll send an offer to the next in line. Best of luck to everyone still waiting!
