California State University San Marcos ABSN, Summer 2019 (CSUSM)

Priority deadline is officially set (December 3, 2018), so I figured I'd start a thread for those applying for Summer 2019. I'm working on finishing up my PreReqs right now and still need to take the TEAS but am waiting until I finish A&P to do that. Unfortunately, my last class (Public Speaking) will not end until December 12 so looks like I won't quite make the priority deadline but I'll have that last transcript in as soon as they're out.

Anyone else applying?

Hi all, I applied for the fall cohort but just received an email offering me a place in the summer cohort! I had been seriously considering holding off on starting in the fall and reapplying for spring 2020 in order to be on the main campus... but the thought of starting so soon is very tempting! I feel so conflicted

If your not ready then you should give someone else a shot ? the next cohort is right around the corner

@hopefulkim99 waaay back in December haha. I only got my evaluation this month tho because I didn't realize I needed to send them transcripts from a semester abroad I had done and it took a while to sort that out

Oh! I was thinking WOW they got back to you fast lol. ..well if it won't cause a hardship, it wouldn't hurt to start sooner than later. If it will, then wait it out,work and save money? Either way CONGRATS & Good luck with your decision!

I'm a previous student (ABSN Cohort 27, just graduated this past December). I was just going through some of my nursing things and thought about throwing it away, but then I thought of you guys Appling and coming into the program. So far I have my polo and coat jacket (women's size medium) and I'm rummaging through some books right now.

Hello Irondero, I just applied to the Summer 2020 cohort. I saw that you graduated from the program. Can you share your experience with the program? What are the strengths and weaknesses with the program? I wanted to DM you but I just made an account and I can't.
