I wanted to create this forum because I haven't seen one for this cycle. I figured it would be a good way to connect with others who are going through the application process, are scared, nervous, excited, or lost. I am in my last semester of college! WOO WOO! Graduating with my bachelors in Kinesiology, at CSUF. I chose CSUF because besides the obvious fact that I am already going attending this school, I would love to stay local! PLUS I am applying to as many schools as I can. (Just hoping I get into one ;-;)
I just submitted my a few days ago (I know late) but I unfortunately had a lot of unexpected events happens in the past two month that caused a huge delay ? so I am hoping it doesn't affect my application too much.

Truly a dream, I have been fighting for years just for a single acceptance email. If you didn't get accepted, keep fighting. Congrats to everyone, and I cannot wait to meet you all.
Also does anyone know how much the program cost in total? LOL its just a little unclear.
Waitlisted 😢! Congrats to everyone who got in. What's the deadline to accept admission — asking for someone who is currently on waitlist and would love to be granted admissions LOL
We've not been given a deadline yet. So far, everyone's gotten a conditional acceptance contingent on completing and passing a background check by April 1st. After that is when we get an unconditional acceptance. The deadline to accept admissions will likely come after April 1st.
Conditional acceptance email was sent out for me around 9am!
Selection Process stats (for future applicants to get an idea):
4.0 pre-req GPA (applied with none in-progress) and 3.6 cumulative GPA. Speak a 2nd language, OC resident, completed all additional courses, CNA license & experience. Application also asks for a personal statement which I did NOT know we needed! Wrote about work that I did in my community and how as a nurse, I want to continue giving back to that community. I have no tips for the interview. I thought I bombed it tbh.
I wish more ppl spoke about the admissions process/stats so I can get a clue to what I should be aiming for so I'm paying it forward! Good luck everyone! Congratulations to accepted and waitlisted! For those who are rejected, head up and keep going. It took me 3 years to get into nursing school but the acceptance makes it all worth it!!

I just received my acceptance email, hope you all did too 🙂 I just had a question I'm torn between CSUF ABSN nursing program or CSUSM ABSN temecula campus nursing program. Which one one would you all choose? Which has better opportunities and clinical sites. If you could let me know what you think that would be great, thanks!
