I decided to start a thread for the upcoming California Providence Health TIP Program, which I believe will start in January of 2019.

Has anyone heard back? I got a call today for their ICU at Little Company of Mary in Torrance.

Hi everyone! For those who went to the interview in person.....What type of questions did they ask? Was it mainly personality type questions (tell me about yourself; strengths and weakness) or was it what would you do with a stroke patient? Thanks!

I had mainly basic personality type questions with a couple of clinical scenario questions (handling aggressive patients, medications, and etc).

Which department? Do you know what areas SM hired for TIPS? Its so hard to pick what to choose, because it may not be offered. How are you liking it so far?
