wnt2be, I know that it is a bit expensive, but if I were you, I would go to the pearsonvue website, and pay the fee. At least it would ease your mind. I think that you can call on the phone, or put your credit card info into the computer, and it will give you your unoffical results. The waiting is misery.

Did you check the website www.rn.ca.gov go to the lower right corner for license verification. Hope this helps. Just hang in there. May I ask you how you studied the second time around. I too failed the first time on 2/28 and I am preparing for my 2nd exam in end of May. Good luck to you. I know it is hard waiting for the results.
hey everyone, i did not pass for the second time and feeling really depressed. my manager told me that if i pass the third try that she could not offer me a med/surg position. i am feeling bad right about now, and have no advice for studying for your exam. i still have to figure it out.
ca is one of the states that does not allow applicants to pay extra and see early results
Did you take Kaplan review, also I heard Saunders comprehensive and Q & A are good Nclex reviews. Don't loose hope, you just need to study harder, and soon you will become an RN. Just give yourself enough time to recover from this one and when you're all ready just try again.

Hi, I 'm going to schedule NCLEX test late of this month and didn't expect to pass.I know CA board is expected higher score from applicant than other states. This is the truth because they wanted high quality of RN that reason why percentage passing rate is lower that other states .
Keep trying .You will pass someday.
I studied so hard before I found out about interim permit kind and after I applied for it .I study but only 1 or 2 hours a day .Now they told me They don't want interim permit who is foreigner and have no experience in USA.
I don't care about passing the test or not right now /I just focus on going back home in Thailand mid of May :) and get a job as RN
.Thsi is my advice can you get another application in other state ? Like FL or TX ? Maybe the the score will be lower than CA board ?And you get a job as RN too
hi aun, thanks for the reply and advice, i just may give it a whirl. will you keep writing once you go back to thailand and keep me posted on how you are doing. i just want to be a nurse, not a professional test taker. keep writing,
