i am having an endorsement problem , i already applied for examination last 2012 and got denied by the board of nursing because my cases are not concurrent ( ob and ms) so what i did is i challenge nclex in other state and i passed
after taking nclex , i finally got into a university offering ob and ms deficiency course.
i was in touch with my analyst through email asking about what the requirements are for endorsement and what do i need to do? here's her reply
You have 3 years from the date of my letter or until July 2015 to take the med-surg & obstetric classes so I can make your exam file elifgible for NCLEX. If you decide to go to another state and endorse into California before 07/2015 I would still have all your documents but if you decide to endorse your would need to apply again with endorsement application, do new fingerprints and pay $100 fee for application. I still would have your transcripts, etc ... But if you just take the classes before 07/2015- you would just need transcript as proof you took classes and I would not need new app or fingerprints if before 07/2015. Hope this answers your question.
so i did what she told me to do , and now i emailed her that i am already done with the course , and guess what ?she was asking me to send A NEW TRANSCRIPT AND RLE SUMMARY FROM THE PHILIPPINES . COPY OF MY SSN AND COLLEGE DIPLOMA .
what should i need to do? just get a new transcripts or call the brn to look for my previous files ( TRANSCRIPT , SSN NUMBER , SUMMARY OF RLE)
thanks !

It's possible it's just simply misplaced (lost) or they could be re-checking the new transcripts and RLE summary to see if they match up again as before. It might have to do that they are finding fraudulent documentation again :-( or under further review, maybe something was missed on the first go-around.
Again, thanks to the previous PH students and nurses who cheated their way to become licensed in CA (and other states that are not putting the PH applicants under the microscope) because of their submission of falsified paperwork.
All you can do is to comply with their request despite the protest or they might just look harder at your application and you're too close to getting the desired results. Good luck!

Hello! Just wondering if you got your CA license already? Did you submit again all the requirements BRN was asking for? Thank you!
