Cali travel pay

I am considering travel nursing to Cali. I was told I can make upward to $3000/week in med/surg. Can anyone share their experiences traveling to California.

When i pirchased my rv i got a membership to thousand trails club. There are 4 parks that i can stay for free in the general vicinity of SF and i have made reservations for them all already. Only downfall is i have to move every 2 to 3 weeks, but i am not paying for anything.

Guess its a benefit too because it forces me to see more areas than just one city rv park...
