Hello,
I applied to the program and just wanted to see if anyone else has heard back at all about scheduling an interview? The timeline says Dec-Jan, but I was hoping to find others who have applied so we can go through this together! Thanks in advance!

Sooo I called Fullerton to double check about the CNA requirement...they told me I didn't have to get it if I was already accepted into the program and that having a CNA/EMT would have just given me extra points. Anyone else hear this?

No, definitely did not hear that. In fact, it is a direct contradiction to what it said on the website at the time we were all applying. Now all it says is, "Copy of CCE or EMT-B certificate (If CNA option chosen certificate must be submitted by start of program)", but there used to be a whole paragraph. If this is true I am kind of upset at them, because I spent $1,500 on an accelerated CNA program last summer just so I COULD apply to their program. It's good for you I guess, but sucks for people who rushed to get it done!
the requirement was CCE, EMT or CNAI completed the Clinical Care Extender (CCE) program which was one of the options to satisfy this requirement. I have not been told that I need to complete an EMT/CNA course before the program begins. Re: the FB group, search for [b']CSUF A-BSN Fall 2014 Cohort[/b]

Hi guys,
Is anyone interested in starting a FB page for the Aug, 2014 cohort? I personally use FB all the time, so I thought it might be helpful, we have on efor the group I got my CNA with and it has been nice. Thoughts?
