Ca BRN Website License check?

Sorry admins if this is the wrong forum section;

I took my nclex last thursday, Oct 3, finished the exam at 2 pm and went on the Ca BRN website, apparently it went down on oct 3 for an update and the license verification just re-opened today Oct 8, I got the good pop-up / PVT, but i'm still not listed under the registry. Anybody know how long it usually takes to see your name on it? Thanks.

Yes, I like to hope that it means we will see our license numbers at 9pm and not have a delay.

Please BreEZe fix all the backlogged stuff now! lol

@nursephillyphil, seriously just keep calling even though it's a huge pain. I also started off the convo by saying I'm sorry for calling and bothering them since I know how busy they are (roll eyes here lol) and said I tested on oct 3 and just wanted to make sure I did everything proper on my end since I have a job starting next week (I don't). He told me not to worry, they are just back logged, but I will be licensed. When I asked if I could give my employer a lic # the guy said he didn't have it but I would be licensed. So, I think thy means I passed but I didn't get a lic #.

let's hope this "emergency" is the BRN imputing all of our names!!! I tested the 9th but my submission date was 10/14 .... keeping my fingers crossed that we hear something soon .....

@nursephilyphil, continue calling until you get someone willing to share the result. That was my 5th call in two days and the guy didn't want to give the hint until I told him I'm a nervous wreck and I just want to be able to sleep through the night. That's when he finally told me I have nothing to worry about, that my result looks good.

i'll try again tomorrow, lady straight up lied to me saying she didn't have the results haha, but i guess its company policy. hopefully we get our cards in the mail this week

Since it is past 9pm, I keep checking BreEZe but still under maintenance. I hope some people find their license after this emergency maintenance.

so glad i found this thread! I took the Nclex-rn last friday the 18th. I had 205 questions and unfortunately am not receiving the "good pop up" from pearson ... it took me to the CC page. =( Im so scared and upset. I called the board of nursing and they did not give me hints on my result. Im thinking it might be too early? I see some of you are saying your submission date is appearing to be a few days after the exam was actually taken...aghh

I've been in ur shoes ..I failed first time cuz I didn't prepare ..got the cc page .. The pvt is 99.9% accurate I received a letter within 2 weeks .... I felt terrible cuz I told everyone I was testing .... I tested again in oct and told only a few people ...got the good pop up and talked to BRN and was told I'm in a good place ...don't be discouraged ....start studying and resubmit ur app ASAP ... There is a 45 day wait period ...... Just remember everything happens for a reason

Yeah I don't see any license for me too. So frustrating!
