I cannot find the area on the form to denote that I meet the 212© exemption criteria. Any thoughts as to where I might locate this??

Have merged all threads together as all to do with the same subject

I sent in my vsc before I had a license number, the staff can input it once they receive your license verification forum

Citizenship ID I think you would leave blank unless you have a US citizenship ID number. I would say if in doubt contact them and see what they are actually after

Is applying this way still the same price as going through the entire process? Approximately how long does it take to get your certificate?
