BVNPT Enforcement California

U.S.A. California

Does anyone have any current stories about how long enforcement takes in CA? I took and passed my NCLEX-PN on February 8th 2012. I received a letter stating I passed November 27th but that my file was stuck in enforcement. I reported a DUI from 15 years ago on my form. I have sent all the info they requested but it seems they are just sitting on it.................... Every time I call the lady handling my case she hasnt done anything new.

I recently dealt with them. Took and passed my NCLEX-PN on February 17, 2012. My results showed up exactly 2 weeks later, and they closed my case about 1 or 2 days after receiving my results.

I received my all clear letter today!!!!!!!! Yeahhhhhhh! I put my 150.00 in the mail an hour ago! Now again to wait...................

Heads up...cashiering is backed up at the board. They pulled everyone off of new licenses to answer phones. I called this morning and even though my check had been cashiered on the 19th...they needed more time to process the license.

That's not true. They don't pull all cashiers to answer the phones. When they cash your check, it downloads to the printer to print your license so nothing else for the cashiers to do for you to get your license.
