What do you think? Tell us what you have found out in your reading, or where you looked that wasn't helpful and why, and then we can help you. Not going to write your homework for you though.
Here are some hints to get you started:
1) You will not find the exact answer to your question in a book, but will need to synthesize it from information you find in multiple sources. That's part of the point of the assignment!
2) Common needs for burn patients
3) Scope of practice for CNA/techs, LPN, RN
4) RN responsibility for supervision and teaching

What a missed opportunity here. If only there had been a response, even in a guessing manner, the educational opportunites are too many to list with a burn patient. Acuity, first line of defense, fluid and electrolyte, infection, perfusion, ventilation, medical/surgical interventions, thermoregulation, age, Rehabilitation, SAFETY, and lets not forget PSYCHOSOCIAL aspects of a burn patient. Such an amazing specialty to amp up one's critical thinking skills on what "holistic" care "should/could" be. Hope they found understanding. Great effort Esme12 and GrnTea.
