  1. i have searched my textbooks high and low for the answer to this question my instructor gave us, any help would be great. QUESTION: Burn Patient - What is the important issue for teaching LPN and techs?
  2. I have been driving myself crazy for hours trying to figure this problem out! Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. The question is: Suppose you need to administer 0.17 units of insulin per kilogram of body weight on a patient. The patient weighs 153 pounds. Your insulin supply reads "insulin: 100 units per mL". The patient is to receive her insulin in three evenly-sized doses right before each meal. a.) How many units of insulin are needed? b.) How many is that per meal? c.) How many mL do you draw from the supply vial each time? The farthest I have gotten with this is turning the patients weight into kg and from there I have been completely lost! PLEASE HELP
