I've applied for spring 2011 and I'm anxiously waiting to hear something from BCC.! I have all my pre-reqs done. I'm currently working in a doctors office from 8-4. I'm wondering if I will I be able to work and do NS. My employer is willing to work with me. I'm not sure if my schedule will allow me to work for them? I don't need a job financially. I would just like to maintain a relationship in the local community to help me later on down the line.
The brochure doesn't really give me an idea of the schedule that we'll have...anybody have a clue?
I bought one set from the bookstore. I just left a scrub store next to the cherry hill mall called life uniform and they are having a huge sale tomorrow 20% off your entire purchase. I'm going back in the morning to buy scrub bottoms and shoes.
I bought a size small in pants and they are still big and baggy. I'm average height and weight, idk I'm usually a medium. I tried on a small at life uniform and it was a better fit. I wouldn't waste money getting them altered. I would shop around if it's that bad.
Oh and I didn't realize there was a price tag still on the nursing kit i bought but it cost $73.99.

The books are $265 alone...I spent about $80 on my Litman II stethoscope on ebay ($99 @ the bookstore), I would guess we can add another $100 on for the rest of the supplies I listed which did not include shoes.

I would round up and say that we need around $500 for supplies. That's my guesstimate.
