Bunker Hill Community College Fall 2017

Is there anyone currently in the BHCC Nursing Alternative program? I just completed my application for the fall 2017 and wanted to confirm If it's just one night a week & weekends. I'm nervous about getting accepted, since my TEAS score was just a 76%. But my GPA is 3.97, so I hope this will help me.

HELLO, I believe I got into bunker for spring 2018 and was wondering if anybody could give me some advice on how you like the program yet and where clinical s are at? I also got into bay state and although it is more expensive, the fact that Bunker hill is under warning scares me a little

Hey I'm in the same situation as you. I agree it is a bit scary and a lot of money is on the line here comparing bhcc and other programs. I don't know which one to choose. Which program did you get into? I got into alternative.

Hi! Are you btw/ bay state and Bhcc also? I got into the day.I have spoken to faculty and a professor came with me to speak to a staff from the nursing program (bhcc) and they were pretty confident in telling me the warning is probably coming of soon.The more I think about it I just dont justify spending so much in Bay state when I will end up witj an associates from both. I think I am going to take a gamble on bhcc and save that money for my bachelors or masters. I wish I knew more about clinical placements from both, that will help with my decision so much

No I applied to Lawrence Memorial Regis College. And right now I'm leaning more towards BHCC. Like you mentioned they are both Associate degrees. And we would save so much. Which program were you accepted to? It gives me some relief that the warnings will be lifted. I think bhcc would be the best option

I was accepeted into Bay state full time. For bunker hill Day program. I think Lawrence memorial is almost the same price as Bay state, so a lot of money will definitely be saved. Also hhas bhcc send you an official letter yet ? I found out through my application site, so I called and they were reluctant to tell me. I finally learned I did get in because ai told her Bay state was asking for a deposit. I don't want to call bay state without getting an official email or letter.

Yea I found out by looking at my online application it says accepted but I have not yet received an official letter. I also checked my "graduation application" in the portal and it has the nursing alternative program listed. Everything is pointing out like a yes, so I'm patiently waiting for a letter or an email to confirm.

Sounds to me like a yes congrats!! That is what I saw and when i called to tell them, she said yes I did in fact get accepted. I am leaning towards Bunker! Let me know what you decide , do you know anything about their clinical placement?

spoke to admissions today and apparently letter won't go out until end of this week or beginning of next. They seemed to not really know well, which is a little frustrating. Let me know if you call or hear anything.

I called today and the only thing I was told was to keep an eye on both my email and mail for an official letter. They couldn't give me a time frame when I asked. It's frustrating since I would like an official letter before I make a move.
