I am THIS close to applying to my schools RN program! I'm taking my last science pre-req and I have above 100% in the class. My GPA is 4.0 and I am SO close to applying to nursing school I can taste it! :)
There's just one BIG problem!
My advisor informed me when I took my COMPASS placement test a while back I only tested into intermediate Algebra. I need to be eligible to take college level math to be considered for my program! Oh no!
So he advised I brush up on my math and take the COMPASS math portion again. He recommended this site to take practice tests.

I've got the "numerical skills/pre-algebra & algebra" down! But the College Algebra, Geometry and Trigonometry not so much! If I'm fine in the pre-algebra and algebra is that good enough to place in college level math?
Thanks for your help!!
Georgia Highlands College -^^ That is the main site I used to study. I went through each and every one of the practice sheets and made sure I knew how to do every problem. The power point solutions were extremely helpful for when I got stuck! (and I got stuck quite often considering I didn't take Algebra in High School)
Hopefully this will help someone else who finds themselves in a similar predicament!

My advice is to only do maybe an hour or 2 at max bc after that I would just get frustrated! lol I actually took the COMPASS twice, at a different college that allowed you to take it as many times as you wanted and it was $10 a pop. The first try I studied my Elem. Algebra tests ONLY and got 2 stinking points under what I needed. So that's when I hit up Khan Academy bc I knew what was on the first test so I studied what I thought might be on it and also googled tests and I did much better the 2nd time around:)
