You are responsible for your own nursing decisions.Once they figure out that you can't be bossed around they will leave you alone.On the flip side, listen to their ideas. Sometimes you can learn from another's ideas about how to do things.I work with someone that initially I thought was a bully but once I got used to her I realized it was just her personality and we actually became friends after that.
