Anybody applied or applying to BSWH for the fall 2018 residency? Just wanted to start a thread to facilitate discussion.

How long does it take to get the offer letter? The recruiter called me with an offer on Thursday but I didn't get the email yet.

I was called Thursday too. It took him about 2 hours or so to send it to me. I would reach out to him because he told me the deadline to submit offer was Friday.

I got the verbal offer on a Friday but he didn't send the offer letter until Monday.

I asked the recruiter and he said it would be 30 days prior to the start date. Which that was August 10. I might email him again if I don't hear anything by this Friday. I'm starting on the 10th as well.

I emailed him yesterday and he was replied quickly but said he didn't have an exact date on when we would hear from on-boarding. I just feel like we should have already heard from them. lol I was worried maybe they missed me.

I wanted to make a group for those of us starting at BUMC but I don't know who else was hired.

Lol, I feel ya. I was starting to think they didn't want me anymore! I hope we hear from them by Monday. Def calling somebody if we don't. I'm starting at BUMC, too! Let me know if you start a group.

I accepted a position for the nurse residency medical ICU at BUMC-Dallas! If anyone else will be in this area let me know so we can get a separate group going!

The recruiters will get in touch with us if you have applied to the Winter/February cohort.

Thank you! Did you guys only put one speciality in your cover letter? Im confused on that as I'm interested in more than one and it didn't let us choose
