Depends on the state. You need to apply for licensure as an LPN by examination. In NJ and other states you would not be permitted as it is required that you graduate from an accredited school of practical nursing. Other states like IN require an LPN license from the jurisdiction where you graduated (not possible in the Philippines). There are other states like CA where you can apply using the alternative method of equivalent education (but your LVN license would only be valid in that state). The best bet is to check the board of nursing/board of practical/vocational nursing of the state you wish to practice.
There is a link to the US BoN at the bottom of each page of this site.
Thank you for your reply.. I'm here in CA right now, just to correct my last post I have 1650 theory hours and 1250 clinical hours, but I'm still missing some minor subject posted above. I'm worrying about those subjects that I haven't taken yet. I've reached their minimum requirement for theory and clinical hours. Do you think they might consider it?

Thank you kabayaan. Im just worrying about those missing subjects. I'm going to apply and see what will happen, I hope there's someone in this site that has the same situation like mine and get approved. I checked their website and I'm confused what method should I use.

Only the state you apply to will make that decision

CA Board of LVN will be the one that decides. You will find all the information on the CA LVN website, the things that are needed for Method #3 (Qualification Based on Equivalent Education and/or Experience) are (source):
1) Official transcripts
2) Record of Nursing Experience
3) Employment Verification
4) Proof of 54 Theory Hours of Pharmacology
All forms are listed on their website.
1,530 Total Hours:Theory - *576 Hours; Clinical - 954 Hours
*Includes Pharmacology - 54 Hours
