What are your thoughts on them? I always hear that what makes nursing school hard is the little amount of time for SO MUCH information. Does a 3 year program lessen that problem? I am undecided about going to a 2+2 BSN program or a 3+1 program. I would love to hear your experiences and opinions on both type of programs.
Thanks

We try to hire BSN nurses as they have had time to assimilate the information and adjust much easier to floor (hospital) nursing. But it really comes down to the individual and your specific finances, location, need to work, etc. Good luck in your career choice!

What is a 3+1 program? Is that 3 years of nursing school and only 1 of gen eds or what?
1 year of pre-reqs and 3 years of nursing school versus the 2 years of pre-reqs and 2 years of nursing school.

They made ours 2.5+2, it use to be 2.5+1.5. I dunno how someone would know which is better without doing them both.
