BSN online with clinical component

Are there any programs with a BSN online for an RN that has a bs in another field with a clinical component. Apparently I can't be licensed in California because I went to a non traditional program. The woman handling my license said that a BSN with clinical could solve my issue.

Online University | Online Degree Programs | WGU has a pre-licensure program with didactic online and clinicals in person. It is only available in five states, but CA is one of them.

I am not sure. I know the "clinical" component I did was a research project where I worked with an RN with a BSN at Ohio University but I don't think that is the clinical component they want. Like could they identify which components you were deficient in?
