very simple to go from BSN to MD.. look at the medical school you are interested in attending and make sure that you have taken all the undergraduate prerequisites that they require. Take the MCAT. Then apply to the medical school with all the other candidates and hope that your grades and experiences make you one of the top candidates that they are looking for.

Umm, you apply and get accepted to medical school, like anyone else who wants to be a physician. There's no special pathway for nurses.

I think there is a med school overseas that offers NP to MD. We have an RN going there. The doctors were really excited for him.

The so called "np to md" route doesn't shorten the amount of schooling at all. Still at least 4 years then residency. Look into oceana school of medicine.
I know there's no any special pathway for nurses, but I was wondering if after I get my bachelor I still have to have the undergraduates prerequisites for med school. I've done my research since I post this and now I know I do need to have the prerequisites.
