BSN graduate from Philippines starting my MSN in the US... After I get my MSN, can I be eligible to apply from NCLEX RN in California? Or I still will not qualify for they look at the concurrency issue of my credentials? Anyone with experience taking this path? Thank you!

California, like every US state, makes decisions about RN licensure based on the nursing program you completed that initially prepared you for licensure. Additional nursing degrees or education have nothing to do with it, because they don't affect RN licensure. If your initial RN program doesn't meet CA's standards, doing an MSN will not change that and you will still not be eligible for CA licensure.
