BSN grad, Failed NCLEX-RN twice, Can take LPN

I failed the NCLEX-RN twice. I'm working on the unit where I was hired as a new grad as a tech. My manager is very supportive and said if I take the LPN exam she will hire me as a LPN while I wait to retake the NCLEX-RN. I can retake the NCLEX-RN in a month. I can take the NCLEX-PN anytime. I work in psych and the RNs and LPNs basically do the same work. Is it worth it to take the PN exam? My manager said once I pass the NCLEX-RN, I can transition. Not sure what to do or if the PN would be a good choice while I'm waiting. I did a kaplin review book, the hurst review and the NCBON-Learning EXT. The LPN pay is only a few more dollars than what I make as a tech. Is this a good transition? Any Advice?
