BSN Fall 2016.....UTHSC? LSON? Baptist? Union University?

I have a BA in criminology, and I'm seeking a second degree in nursing. In a few weeks, I plan to apply to every (Memphis area) school with an Accelerated BSN program. Although I would be ecstatic to get accepted into any of these schools, UTHSC and LSON are my top choices. What about you?

Has anyone heard back about getting accepted to their fall 2016 program? I've been going back with some of administration and they said I should hear in early February.. Did previous applicants get a phone call? email? standard mail? Feeling anxious!

emccormick4, I was told to expect a response mid February. I believe previous applicants were notified via mail and/or NursingCas. To which schools did you apply?

Actually, I only applied to UTHSC right now. I'm finishing my associates this semester and they said that the minimum req. was to have 60 credits... So, I'm just taking a chance. It's a long shot.. but over the past few months I really fell in love with the school.

I just heard back Monday that faculty is reviewing applications. They gave me all of 24 hours to send a copy of my TEAS results (I thought they would have gotten it through NursingCAS). Such urgency sounds promising...hopefully we'll get notified soon.

Bsn2018: do you know how applicants are notified if it's through NursingCAS? Would an email just be sent to the address they have on file?

Ohhh so nervous!! Good luck to everyone! Also, from what I have read people aren't really sure how they get notified. Whether it's email or nursingCAS...well we'll figure it all out soon I guess
