BSN career without RN

I am unable to reinstate my FL RN license because of a criminal record that has actually been expunged. I have a BSN. What are my career options with a BSN but no RN license? Also, I have 2 years RN (nursing) experience.

What can I do with my BSN degree even tho I don't have the RN license?
