MTSA is a brutal interview!!

What makes it so?

Has anyone interviewed?

Specializes in CRNA.
Has anyone interviewed?

Interviews are the 5th and 6th, Friday and Saturday.

Good luck to everyone that will be interviewing.

Ohh I didn't realize it was just two days. Do you have much information on the interviews at Bryan?

Anyone interview today?

I interviewed. It was pretty self directed. By that I mean they only asked questions based on what you say to see in your area of work. I only got one very difficult question and it was from Shannon. Others felt similar.

Advice wise just know your meds and where your knowledge is good and you will do great.

How do you feel overall about the experience? I've heard it's hard to read them

They experience is great. The way they have it set up is amazing. SRNAs take you to each room where the interviews are occuring and they are super helpful and answer questions and let you know what to expect.

It is very hard to read about a third of them. No idea what those ones thought. The other two thirds I feel confident about and they were great.

Also I found out about the decision process and it is fair. They will decide on 30 out of the 55 and then each interviewer will put their preference from 1 to 30 and they will then average it out to decide.

And then they take 21 of those 30 and the 9 are waitlisted?

I didn't asked that, but that would make sense.

They said they always accept one or two people from the waitlist.
