Hey everyone! I know it's a little early for the January (spring) 2018 process but I'm super anxious! I basically wanted to start this topic so that every one applying for the 2018 term could all help each other out! I am retaking a course at Keiser then my GPA will be higher and my overall HESI score is an 88%. Post any questions, comments, or concerns! Good luck to everyone! (:
Thank you for responding! So the math is basic as in fractions, decimals, addition and subtracting. Were there any kilogram converts? And the A&P is what I'm most scared about. I been studying and studying I just don't want to over study and forget the information I do know. Also my prereq GPA is a 3.09.
Hello, I was wondering if anyone can help me figure out All of the classes needed for BC Nursing program? I just want to make sure that I am on track. Also is Nutrition required ? I am looking to get in for Fall 2018.

please give me a list of all the classes required. Thank you
Hey Gurshin, the Health Science advisor told me that nutrition (HUN1201) is required, but, when looking at the program curriculum, there is no nutrition listed. I am going to email the Nursing advisor I have been in contact with to confirm and will follow up with you when he lets me know.
Here is a good link with all the classes needed for the program:

I studied with that book as well and I thought it was actually pretty good. However, it doesn't go into detail about certain topics so I would recommend going back to your A&P lab manual to go more in depth. Math is pretty basic, just study the lab manual section & you should do great (I got a 96). Same with the grammar section just look it over. The reading comprehension section is easy just read the passage and answer the questions. The vocab is a little tricky because you don't know what words are on the test & I seen maybe like 5 words from the book. You can try to memorize all the words from the study book but the chances of them all being on the test are slim, you know what I mean? I wouldn't really focus on trying to do that. The A&P section is the hardest. There's only 30 questions (or something like that I don't remember)on this section compared to like 50 questions on the other sections, so that means less questions wrong. I can't really tell you what to study because it's different for everyone. However, you can take it however many times you need to pass after 48 hrs from taking it. You just have to pay the $65 every time. Also, you can just re-take the section you need instead of all of them over again.
