Hey everyone! I know it's a little early for the January (spring) 2018 process but I'm super anxious! I basically wanted to start this topic so that every one applying for the 2018 term could all help each other out! I am retaking a course at Keiser then my GPA will be higher and my overall HESI score is an 88%. Post any questions, comments, or concerns! Good luck to everyone! (:
Anyone here also apply to mdc? They sent their acceptance letters today and unfortunately I only have ten days to accept my seat. Any input on MDC nursing program vs browards? Thanks
Any nursing program is hard. Nursing is a hard field PERIOD. I got my AA from miami dade and honestly I I had a great experience. No matter where you go nursing is hard.
Well I was in the nursing program at nova and It was 10k a semester. The program for sure is doable but I was drowning financially. I felt like the smartest thing for me was to withdraw from the program and go some where cheaper. My brother graduated from there and he owes 70k in student loans just for a bachelors.
Dread that's a lot of money he owe. I spoke to the advisor and she told me that the program would cost about 69k which mean it might be approximately 80k when interest is added

Yeah nursing is hard but some school makes it harder for students especially when you have to teach yourself instead relying on the professor to explain the chapters. Bc is great but it's more like a self taught program.

It gets more expensive EVERY year. So it's up to you, at least at nova your chances of getting in are higher than other schools.
