Hi guys!! Haven't seen any threads for May 2018 so I figured why not start one!! I just submitted my application for Broward's May 2018 LPN-RN program so anxiously waiting for the deadline. While I wait I'm attending Keiser to retake A&P 1 and lab to boost grade up! What's everyone doing to pass the time?

Ohhhh the horror. I'm officially stressed to the max. We have to wait longer lol!!!! I need emojis to express how agonizing this is lol. Just teasing! So Ms. Nichole how come when I was submitting information for the LPN-RN they said our deadline was the 15th of February as well?

I am not sure, honestly. My best guess is people don't read.

The deadline for transition is posted on the web as March 15. Our transition students do not need as much time to complete all the paperwork since they, typically, have had all the titers and certificates complete because of the license.

Hi. I understand at this point it's beyond repetitive but do you think acceptance notifications will be out by the end of this week or the next? I know you have a min of 30 days from the cut off, my mind just won't rest thinking about it. And where should we be checking exactly? The BC email service, The my BC under the application status, or our Personal Email, or maybe the snail mail? Again sorry for being repetitive but I can't find a solid date based off past years blogs.

Hi! I believe you would see a change to your application status page and an email is also sent to your Broward.edu email address. At least that's how it was done when I applied last term.

I feel your pain! I'm so relieved class started again this week. Now I can study and try to stay a little distracted until results are sent out.

Thank you! I'm constantly switching between BCemail, App-Status page,My Personal email, and this blog every hour like clock work. It feels like a class in itself just waiting for decisions lol.

You would check the status of the application under BC Application. It would change from application in review to something else. I can't think of the name. However in previous post Ms. Nichole gave the name.

Which are you applying for? Generic or LPN? How many points if you don't mind me asking :)

You think there's an issue if mine has stayed on pre-program Application? I have my points and everything's checked off green.

No it'll either say pre-program or application in review

Generic and I have 9 points. I got A's in AnP 2 lecture and lab but B's in everything else. Not going to lie i'm a bit Worried my points aren't where they need to be with the High influx of applicants for May :/
