Anyone Applying to the May 2017 program? I wanted to get into the January program but I was missing a math class and couldn't complete it in time for the January program.
I'm glad I'm not the only one feeling depressed. I tried for the second time and got denied at a 3.0. I've had to retake both anatomy classes at Keiser, and received B's in both, now I'm probably going to have to take English to boost it up, because a 3.0 just isn't making the cut anymore. Now I've invested about 7,000 at Keiser just to raise my GPA. I think that's the worst law ever. You should be able to retake a class as many times as you want at whatever college. The struggle is real. I can't help to feel like a huge disappointment. I'm 29 and should have my life on track right now! Erg. Thanks for reading my vent. lol
High hopes for May... this will be my last attempt!

good luck ! don't worry you are not the only one ! I have a 3.0 as well and wasn't accepted :/ I feel like BC is my only bet because they only look at these 5 classes. My gpa with all my combined classes isn't all that great so I struggle when it comes to applying for a program. It sucks honestly because I feel like I'm wasting time and all I want more than anything is to start nursing school I have been feeling down as well and I think I will be retaking class at Keiser. It sticks and it's a lot of money but I know all of this will pay off in the end !
If it is your passion you never give up, BC is not the only nursing school either. DONT GIVE UP! It's our time :)

Do you live close enough to Palm beach state because they mainly go based off of the amount of classes you took and your HESI score. The GPA can only give you up to 4 points for them. The lowest GPA you can have is a 2.5 for them though and it is cumulative. The hesi is all sections though except physics it isn't actually to hard very basic chemistry and biology knowledge, but yeah keep your options open you never know!

My pleasure also another good thing is that palm beach statestate HESI exam is 60 instead of 65 so 5 dollars cheaper than broward, not much but it counts haha also you will need to attend an info session there is one on October 26 and another on November 21st and then there will be more the up coming year they are at 4 oclock at the lake worth campus 130 seats so be at least 15 min early
