Anyone Applying to the May 2017 program? I wanted to get into the January program but I was missing a math class and couldn't complete it in time for the January program.
Hopefully it will get solved but if you find your old transcript and see what the exact date you took the classes it will let you know if it's expired. The simplest way to understand why they gave you credit at first and may not now is the following: Lets say you took anatomy in 2000. You would have to retake it again after 2010 because it's been more than ten years. Let's say you apply to a nursing program in 2005, that means since 2010 is the "expiration date" of those classes for your program, you'd have 5 years to finish your degree and have credit. Now what may be happening now is that you are applying for the nursing program in late "2010" right before they expire, so by the time the nursing program starts, they will be expired. So you did have credit for them before you started the program, but now they have "expired". Hope that helps.
I really hope everything works out for you, this whole process is so nerve wrecking. For some reason it's not showing now on my degree audit, before applying I submitted every documentation possible as I was told, they wanted to see the course syllabus, and school class catalog, and a bunch of material regarding to the class, they finally approved it by the science department I guess, I also had the approval to apply to the program and I have prove of email.Last week when I sat with one of the advisers she quickly went over my requirements and everything was fine and I applied, I realized today that the next day I got an email asking me to meet with an academic adviser, and those classes are not showing satisfied in my degree audit, BEFORE THEY DID, THEY GOT EVALUATED AND APPROVED BEFORE, I'm desperate guys...How can they do this to me. I'm hoping everything gets resolved tomorrow.
It's been ten years exactly , the issue is that I submitted everything to get the class evaluated it and the credits got approved...They decided if you have to retake a class or not. So after-all they approved everything and gave me the OK to apply. I score 95 on the anatomy section, I took the class ten years ago, but I still remember what I've learned.

Hello Nurse to Venus. I really hope you can get everything sorted out. Like Nurse guy was saying when they accepted the science classes they weren't passed the 10 year mark which is why you didn't have any issues. Now that its been exactly 10 years is probably why your having some issues. Especially if they were taken before May of which ever year. I really hope something can be done. Don't give up on your dream. If it's possible maybe take a semester or two and retake the classes, then reapply to the program.
